In 1935, Busy Bee Cafe was first established by the Springer family in Alta Loma, TX. Mrs. Springer’s sister took things over and her family, the Hiltquests, operated that location until 1978. Today, K&P Restaurants operates Busy Bee Cafe in Alvin, TX and later took over the Pearland, TX location. Although there have been numerous changes in the ownership of Busy Bee Cafe, it has managed to maintain its original, old-time, country-style cooking. The diner has always been notorious for great American food.
